Event Description
Medtronic received information that during resheathing of device, pipeline broke at hypotube and proximal bumper point.Device was removed.The patient was undergoing embolization treatment for an unruptured saccular amorphous left internal carotid artery aneurysm.The vessel was observed minimal tortuous.There were no patient symptoms or complications associated with this event.
