Event Description
Medtronic received information regarding a navigation system being used outside of a procedure.It was reported that the head screw of the clamp was damaged and also the screwdriver.The screwdriver wasn't able to fill the screw anymore and therefore it is impossible to attach the clamp.It is impossible to attach the reference frame, so another set needed to be opened and a third party screwdriver needed to be used to turn the screw.There was no patient involved.
