Event Description
Medtronic received information regarding a navigation system used during an unknown procedure.It was reported that the lights on the axiem box changed from green to yellow.This issue occurred once previously and the system has been working fine since.The system was rebooted which resolved the issue.It is unknown if there was a procedure delay and there was no impact to the patient.
 
Event Description
Medtronic received information regarding a navigation system used during a functional endoscopic sinus surgery (fess).It was reported that the lights on the axiem box changed from green to yellow.This issue occurred once previously and the system has been working fine since.The system was rebooted which resolved the issue.There was procedure delay of less than one hour and there was no impact to the patient.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
