Event Description
The customer reported that the device had experienced pressure sensor autozero failure.The device was not in clinical use at the time the issue was discovered.There was no patient or user harm reported.

G4: 18mar2020.B4: 01apr2020.The device was evaluated by the field service engineer and the reported issue was confirmed.The device was not serviced, but a bulk credit was issued to the customer.V60 ventilator was received for evaluation.There were no signs of damage or contamination during the visual inspection.After testing, the reported issue was unable to be duplicated and no fault was found.Submission of a report does not constitute an admission that medical personnel, user facility, importer, distributor, manufacturer, or product caused or contributed to the event.
