Patient allegedly received an implant on 22jul2015 via the right common femoral vein due to being status post bleed.Patient is alleging device tilt, vena cava perforation and embedment.Per a 18jan2018 ct2 (computed tomography 2): "impressions: the filter is tilted posteriorly.Its proximal cone lies on the wall of the ivc possible embedded in it.The filter legs have penetrated through the wall of the ivc into the pericaval/mesenteric fat".
