Customer reported that, in morning she had blood glucose of was 118 mg/dl and didn't eat anything for breakfast and she put in carbohydrate for lunch and had lunch and gave carbohydrate.
Customer's blood glucose was 463 mg/dl and then hour later blood glucose went to 527 mg/dl.
The customer was hospitalized due to high blood glucose from (b)(6) 2020 to (b)(6) 2020 with blood glucose of 548 mg/dl and insulin pump under delivering insulin.
The customer stated that she had issue of heart rate but it was because of high blood glucose.
Customer declined to perform a care link upload.
The insulin pump and reservoir both will not be returned for analysis.
