Information was received from a manufacturer¿s representative (rep) regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins).The rep reported that the patient saw ¿ins in the box¿ screen on her patient programmer (pp) today.No further complications were reported.

Additional information was received from the rep.Patient's weight was unknown.The for certain cause was not determined.  after speaking with tech services, they said it could have potentially been due to patient activating antenna locate feature.The patient was unaware of this feature and therefore if it was activated that was by accident.The patient was already scheduled for a replacement due to device being at eri at the last meeting on (b)(6) and then reaching eos 3/6.  the ipg was replaced on 3/9.No further complications were reported.
