Information was received from a consumer and a manufacturer representative regarding a patient with an implantable neurostimulator ( ins).It was reported that the ins was not working right. The patient had severe back pain for the last couple of weeks which is what the ins was implanted for.Suddenly, the back pain was 10 times worse than before. If the patient didn't get out of a chair the right way, the pay was at 11.He cannot sleep at night because if he lays down and moves or rolls over the wrong way, his back hurts at the very base of his spine.Groups a, b, and c were tried.Group b was only programmed for one side of his body and only worked on one side and one leg.C covered both sides, but it did not help.No further complications were reported.
