Event Description
Information was received from a consumer regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator.It was reported that for about a week the programmer settings were changing by themselves.When the patient went to bed the settings would go up and in the morning the settings were at 3.4 and now at 2.6.The patient went to charge the day before the call and the controller showed that it could not continue and to call the manufacturer.The patient was not sure if a code showed up as well.The patient planned to call their managing physician and speak with a local representative.No further complications were reported.

Event Description
Additional information was received from the patient on july 27, 2020.It was reported that the reason why the controller would not allow the patient to continue using it was because they had accidentally started the adaptive stimulation feature.They decided to keep the adaptive stim function active so it would change with their movements; their confirmed their issue was resolved.They were asked to provide their weight at the time of the event but they did not provide a response to that request.
