Event Description
It was reported that during a procedure, the error "camera infrared lamp is not working properly. This may result in a limited filed of view" appeared on screen. The bump sensor light activated. The procedure was converted to manual. There was no surgical delay. The investigation found there was an illuminator hardware fault in the camera. Additionally, it was found that the bump sensor was activated which indicates camera was hit hard enough or dropped to activate it.
