Standalone Pre-Existing Tobacco Product Determinations
FDA has updated the term from "Grandfathered Tobacco Product" to "Pre-Existing Tobacco Product" because it more appropriately describes these products by using the more precise "Pre-Existing" in place of "Grandfathered."
