Percentage of CDRH employees that interact with patients as part of their job duties

Dictionary: CDRH 2016-2017 Strategic Priority: Partner with Patients

Goal: Promote a Culture of Meaningful Patient Engagement by Facilitating CDRH Interaction with Patients.

2017 Accomplishment: More than 96% of CDRH employees interacted with patients since 2016. When asked, 90% of staff who interacted with patients described their interaction as meaningful and relevant to their jobs.

2017 Target: By December 31, 2017, 90% of CDRH employees will interact with patients as part of their job duties.

2016 Accomplishment: More than 68% of CDRH employees interacted with patients in 2016. When asked, 99% of staff who interacted with patients described their interaction as meaningful and 89% as relevant to their jobs.

2016 Target: By December 31, 2016, 50% of CDRH employees will interact with patients as part of their job duties.
