Percentage of Health Hazard Events (HHEs) received from OSC Division of Compliance reviewed by the due date

Dictionary: FDA is required to review and evaluate the hazards of recalled products to prevent harm to animals receiving violative drugs, to animals consuming unsafe feeds, and to humans consuming edible products derived from food-producing animals treated with or fed these drug and feed products. Health Hazard Evaluations (HHE) ensure animal and human safety by evaluating exposure to and characterizing severity of hazards in pet food or animal feed.
