Intended Use: Intended for use an ingredient in baked goods and baking mixes; cereals; cheese products; chewing gum; condiments; confections and frostings; dairy product analogs; fats and oils; frozen dairy products; gelatins and puddings; gravies and sauces; hard candy; jams and jellies; milk products; non-alcoholic beverages; nut products; pastas; plant protein products; processed fruit juices; processed vegetable juices; snack foods; soft candy; soup mixes; sugar substitutes; sweet sauces, toppings, and syrups, and white granulated sugar at levels ranging from 0.28 to 3.34 percent. Also for use as an ingredient in preterm and term infant formula at a maximum use level of 1.39% of dietary fat in the finished formula.
