ABSTRACT: CBAC COPYRIGHT: CHEM ABS Granular application of 6.7 and 10.1 kg dichlobenil/ha, 2.2 kg picloram/ha and 4.5-9 kg dicamba/ha had a high herbicidal effect against western bracken (Pteridium aquilinum) in both preemergence and postemergence treatment. (1194-65-6 Dichlobenil)(1918-02-1 Picloram)(1918-00-9 Dicamba) Dichlobenil showed the highest, and picloram the lowest toxicity to grass. Dicamba showed the longest lasting effect against bracken. Both dicamba and picloram increased forage production.
