Emamectin found in sedament during and up to 1 wk post treatment (perhaps up to 4 mos). No residues ever found in water. Animals depoyed near net pens. Quantifiable conc. found in mussels deployed up to 100 m from Rx cages at 1 week post Rx, but only at 10 m from cages at 1 mo post Rx. Residues (ug/kg): Pretreatment=nd , Post-treatment: 1wk=up to 0.96, 1 mo=up to 0.38. all residues below limit of quantification.
