Comments:
All treatment regimes showed significantly more OTC in digestive gland samples relative to foot muscle samples. All treatments led to significant reductions in withering syndrome (WS-RLP) prevalence, muscular atrophy, and mortality. More mortalities were seen in control animals at higher temperature, however more treated animals died at the lower temperature. Post dose concentrations (ppm): 3d=9, 17d=4, 23d=5, 42d=ND.
