Samples were collected from 50 randomly sampled fish. Fish were anestitised with metacaine (80mg/l). Fish were dosed at a rate of 50ug/kg body weight. Median plasma EB ng/ml = 116. Concentration range (ng/ml) = 6-440. 95%CI ng/ml = 107-125.
