Drug well digested (85 +/-4.2% at 24 C) but poorly digested at 16 C (59+/-5.1%) (>1/3 drug in feces). Oil coated feeds leached more antimicrobial if topcoated (42.5% loss at 16 and 47% at 24C), vs when mixed in feeds (6.5% at 16, 20% at 24C). Palatability reduced by top coating (consumption 82% reduced to 8% with oil coating).
