Fish were anesthetized in ethylenglycol monophenylether, then decapitated. Diclofenac concentration after 28d at 20ug/L dose=1800 ng/g (estimated from graph). Concentration in tissue after 28d increased with increasing dose. Bioconcentration factor (BCF) decreased as dose increased. BCF=65 (estimated from graph).
