Fish were euthaized with MS-222 (0.5mg/L). There was no contamination of propranolol in the control tanks. Cumulative egg production: 4046. Gonadal somatic index (%): Male-0.6, Female-6. Condition index: Male-1.6, Female 1.3. A high proportion of eggs (75-95%) from exposed fish pairs hatched. Mean plasma concentration (mg/L): Male-<0.00025, Female-<0.00025.
