Ku-uptake (ml/g/h) = 7.34, Ke=0.765/h, BCF=9.7 mg/g (using one compartment model). Ku=8.34, Ke=0.8/h, Kem (metab elim constant)=0.16/h, BCF= 9.7 ml/g, t1/2 parent =0.81 h, t1/2 metabolite=4.3 h. No trend between elimination rate ahdn hydrophobicity among the chemicals studied (RDX and HMX slower than TNT and its metabolites.
