(14C)-niclosamide. Unpublished data by Hubert et al. Seven fish sampled on exposure days 0, 3, 7, 14, 21, 28, 31, and 35. Radioactive residues rapidly accumulated during first 3 days of exposure. Bioconcentration factor for whole body=215. Average equilibrium bioconcentration factor=49 for fillet tissue. 9% of niclosamide residues in fillet tissue. t1/2-hr=2.9 for alpha and 121 for beta.
