Comments:
At 4 h post anesthesia, the mean concentration of free ms222 in urine=4.8 mg/l and the concentration of acetylated ms222=35.5 mg/l. Acetylated ms-222 accounted for 77-96% of ms-222 excreted renally.. The blood and urine were cleared of both forms of the drug in 8 and 24 h respectively.
