Response of flesh pigmentat.ion to dietary pigment was slowest in atlantic salmon. No significant correlation between pigmentation and body weight. Fish were fed diet for 10 months. Approx Residues mg/kg 19 w=3, 25w=3.5, 33=4, 40w=4.
