Event Description
It was reported that the customer believed that the pump was not delivering insulin strongly enough/fast enough.Additionally, it was reported that air bubbles were observed.Customer's blood glucose level ranged between 198-361 mg/dl.Reportedly, supply changes were performed to address the issue.
