Event Description
Information was received indicating that the patient using a smiths medical cadd-legacy duodopa ambulatory infusion pump received the morning dose twice and then the pump was not working.Per reporter, a nurse adjusted the morning dose and the pump started to work.It was reported that the patient subsequently administered an extra dose and would administer a morning dose at 1 pm and one the following day at 9 am.No adverse patient effects were reported.
