G4: 26aug2020.B4: 22oct2020.The customer reported that the power management board was replaced.However, the issue continued.The battery had a date of 11/16/2017 with a 16.1 volt in the pneumatic screen.No error codes were found in the ventilator diagnostic report.Upon a follow-up, with technical support, the customer reported that the power supply was replaced and the issue was addressed.Submission of a report does not constitute an admission that medical personnel, user facility, importer, distributor, manufacturer, or product caused or contributed to the event.
