Event Description
During the index procedure 4 resolute integrity des were implanted in the lad.Approximately 20 months later the patient suffered stent occlusion of the lad branch opening.Event treated with hospitalization and balloon angioplasty of the target vessel.Patient recovered.The investigator assessed the event as not related to the anti-platelet medication and possibly related to the device.The sponsor assessed the event as not related to the anti-platelet medication.
