It was reported that patient experienced phrenic nerve stimulation (pns) and muscle spasms.When the patient presented in clinic for follow up, it was noted that patient had 4 sneezes with excessive force the day when pns was noted.After sneezing the patient felt diaphragmatic stimulation for about 5 minutes, and then it was gone.Device interrogation revealed high capture threshold on left ventricular (lv) lead.The patient did not feel any phrenic nerve stimulation throughout the interrogation.When tested at higher lv amplitude, phrenic nerve stimulation was noted.Programming changes were made.The patient will be monitored remotely.The patient was stable before, during, and after interrogation.
