Manufacturer Narrative

The reported complaint was confirmed.Per data log analysis, on 07-jul-2020 the power manager was reporting repetitive network interface card (nic) brick #3 state change from 'connected with fault' to 'connected and good'.This indicates a problem with the nic port or something connected to the nic port. The log confirms the complaint.During laboratory analysis, the product surveillance technician (pst) was not able to verify the reported issue. There were no functional issues observed with the nic panel during the evaluation. The system detects modules connected to all 12 ports and continues to operate reliably. If additional information becomes available on this complaint that would alter the facts and/or conclusion, a supplemental report will be filed accordingly.
