Event Description
The patient¿s attorney alleged a deficiency against the device.It was reported the patient underwent a procedure that was required to use a cauterizing tool.It is alleged the tool had a flash fire in the operating room and the patient suffered burns as a result on their forehead, nose, cheek, lips, and neck.
