Event Description
Information was received from a consumer who reported they were out with family when therapy turned off which caused the left side of their body to start twitching.The consumer ignored it and went to bed, but they could hardly sleep and were in ¿agony.¿ during this time the consumer wasn¿t doing well as they were falling and experiencing tremors.The consumer called the rep the following morning and confirmed the neurostimulator was turned off.During the call it was confirmed the implant was turned on.

Additional information was received from the consumer reporting the cause of the ins never charges to 100% and ins being completed depleted was not determined.

Additional information was received from the consumer reporting the circumstances that led to the implant turning off was unknown.They contacted the rep who talked them through the process of turning it back on.Their tremors, falls, and being in agony somewhat resolved.

Event Description
Additional information was received from the consumer reporting their left side is jerking around and the left side of their therapy seems to be turning off since last month.During the call, the patient checked their therapy and they saw that the implant is in a discharged state and is completely depleted.It was reviewed the patient will need to charge the implant.They stated that the implant will never charge to 100% and displayed dissatisfaction that it could take that long to charge.They used the recharger and was able to start a charging session.They were able to turn the implant on with the programmer.It was recommended charging the patient's implant and charging considerations were reviewed.They were redirected to a healthcare provider (hcp) if they have further questions.
