Event Description
It was reported they are better since implant, but still shakes and can hardly write.They have not used their patient programmer (pp) for 6 months to check the implantable neurostimulator (ins).The healthcare provider (hcp) suggested the patient check the ins with the pp.The patient stated they were shaking more than usual and felt really sick (b)(6) 2020.They noticed when they are charging the ins between 75-100%, they can start to feel nauseous.They felt really sick and nauseated after they put batteries in their pp.They have both sides of their implant turned to 4.8v and 5.0v.They went to the hospital and was hospitalized for 2 days because they were shaking so much.They found out they had accidentally turned off the ins by accidentally pressing buttons when they used their programmer.
