Event Description
It was reported that a intellanav stable point open-irrigated catheter was used in a right typical flutter procedure.When the catheter was introduced in patient's body, maestro was not able to detect the catheter.The maestro pod, rf generator and rhythmia were restarted without solving the issues.After several attempts, the catheter was finally detected by the rf generator but temperature measured on the maestro was 67 degrees.No errors were displayed on the maestro console despite the high temperature.The procedure was completed by replacing the catheter with no patient complications being reported.
