Event Description
Medtronic received information that during this surgery a 23mm bioprosthetic valve was attempted to be implanted but was reported to be "too big".A 21mm valve of the same model was also attempted to be implanted, but was reported to be "dysfunctional".Ultimately a different 21mm valve of the same model was implanted.No additional details are available at this time.No additional adverse patient effects were reported. .
