Event Description
It was reported that the patient's neck incision was open and the lead wire was exposed.The patient was scheduled for irrigation, debridement, and wound closure surgery.Device history record was reviewed for both the generator and lead.Both devices were confirmed to be sterilized prior to distribution, and no unresolved nonconformance were found.No known surgical intervention has occurred to date.No additional relevant information has been received to date.
