Device evaluation of electrode belt sn (b)(4) has been completed.The reported problem (gong alarms) has been confirmed.Upon investigation the electrode belt intermittently failed incoming testing.The cause for the intermittent failure was isolated to the electrode belt distribution node.The pulse wire heat shrink separated in the distribution node, causing the pulse wires to short together.The root cause for the separated heat shrink could not be positively identified.No adverse event resulted from the belt malfunction.
