Event Description
It was reported that stent damage occurred.The 90% stenosed target lesion was located in the left anterior descending artery.After a 5-in-6 catheter was placed, a 2.75 x 28 mm synergy stent delivery system was advanced for treatment.However, the device could not cross and upon withdrawal, it was noted that the stent strut was deformed.The procedure was completed with another of the same device.No patient complications were reported and the patient's status was stable.
