Event Description
It was reported that stent damage occurred.A percutaneous coronary intervention was being performed on a 95% calcified lesion in the right coronary artery.A 2.50 x 20mm promus premier select drug-eluting stent was advanced but the stent strut became deformed.The procedure was completed with another of the same device and no patient complications were reported.
