Event Description
Implant card was received indicating the patient's battery was replaced due to battery depletion and was noted that the patient was replaced with a new generator and lead.Additional information was received that the lead was revised due to fibrosis pain at the electrode site.The surgery was for the patient's comfort and to prevent further damage to the nerve.The explanted products were discarded and the new generator is currently off for the nerve to recover.No additional relevant information has been received to date.
