Event Description
During a tavi procedure an attempt was made to us one resolute onyx rx coronary drug eluting stent to treat a lesion in the ostium left main artery.The device was inspected with no issues noted.It was reported that stent dislodgement occurred during delivery to the lesion.The guide catheter and the stent were positioned in the lm.A graft was deployed and an attempt was made to stent the left main.The resolute onyx stent came off during the attempt to stent the left main.The stent was crushed against the lm vessel wall using a non medtronic stent and remains implanted.The patient was reported to be doing fine.
