Event Description
|
It was reported the surgeon implanted a highwall liner using a ball impactor.It didn't feel like it was sitting in the cup properly, liner was removed and when looked at the liner had a large strip of poly coming off at the rim.A second liner was used to complete.Attempts have been made and additional information on the reported event is unavailable at this time.
