Event Description
It was reported that stent damage occurred.The de novo target lesion was located in the calcified left circumflex artery.A 2.50 x 48 synergy drug-eluting stent was advanced to treat the lesion.However, during procedure, multiple attempts were made to deploy the device and on the last attempt, the stent strut got broken.The device was removed from the patient's body and the procedure was completed with a different device.No patient complications were reported and the patient's status was stable.
