Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare provider (hcp) who reported the patient turned their neurostimulators off for a surgical procedure today, but when they attempted to turn it back on, one of the implants would no longer communicate.The hcp was unable to troubleshoot due to not being with the patient or programmer.Refer to manufacturer report #3004209178-2021-09866 for related device.
 
Event Description
Additional information was received from the consumer reporting that the doctor had a hard time turning one back on but they were able to do so and the issue was resolved.
