Event Description
It was reported that the patient present with symptoms of decompensated heart failure.It was noted that the left ventricular (lv) lead did not capture in all configurations when interrogated with the programmer.In the operating room, the lv lead parameters were checked and when connected to the device, there was no capture.When checked with the programmer there was capture.The physician felt that the device was the problem and replaced the device.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
