Event Description
|
It was reported that the physician use a venaseal kit for patient treatment of dual saphenous vein. compression by hand was used.Ifu was followed.Two segments were treated and the vein had closed.It was reported that skin irritation had occurred near the access point.Erythema was reported.Once the procedure was completed, the patient was given mometasone ointment and the patient applied the ointment.The physician followed up with the patient the next day and saw improvement.The irritation was reported to have resolved.No further patient injury was reported.
