A high reading issue was reported with the freestyle libre 2 sensor.The sensor was reading "up to hi (> 500 mg/dl)", and customer experienced confusion, profuse sweating, chills, and loss of consciousness.A home-care nurse obtained a capillary result of 36 mg/dl on competitor meter compared to sensor reading of 450 mg/dl, and treated customer with glucose.There was no report of death or permanent injury associated with this event.
