It was reported by the patient's mother that the patient had their vns lead replaced due to scarring around the neck incision.No additional relevant information has been received to date.
 
Event Description
Per the surgeon, during battery replacement surgery, a lead opening was found.Lead opening was determined to be due to surgical error.This was the reason a lead revision was performed.There is no indication fibrosis was reported to be the reason for the lead replacement.No additional relevant information has been received.
