On (b)(6) 2021, a patient in spain underwent a procedure for the placement of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (peg) tube with jejunal (peg-j) tube.On (b)(6) 2021, the patient remained in the hospital after the procedure and was diagnosed with a pneumoperitoneum, gastric perforation, and peritonitis.The patient underwent an unspecified surgery on (b)(6) 2021.The pneumoperitoneum, gastric perforation, and peritonitis subsequently resolved.The patient remained hospitalized but was expected to be discharged on (b)(6) 2021.
